Who we are

This website, www.azvalleytech.com, is run by Valley Technology Solutions ("VTS", "we", "us"), 2929 N Power Rd Suite 101, Mesa AZ 85215. We make FeMR, a forensic electronic medical record system for SANE programs and forensic healthcare facilities.

What this policy covers

This policy covers two things:

• this website, including its contact form, and
• our VTS Ops Alerts text message program for our own staff.

It does not cover patient or program data stored in the FeMR application. That information belongs to our client programs and is protected under our agreements with each client, including HIPAA business associate agreements.

Information you send us through the contact form

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type in. We use this information only to reply to you, for example to answer a question, send pricing or set up a demonstration.

• Your message is delivered to our team by email at info@azvalleytech.com. The website itself does not store it.
• We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to help you and to keep normal business records, and then delete them.
• Please do not send patient information or other sensitive health information through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record basic technical information for each request, such as the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the type of browser. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted automatically after a limited time.

SMS alerts (VTS Ops Alerts)

VTS Ops Alerts is a text message program for Valley Technology Solutions staff only. It is not offered to the public, to our clients or to patients.

• How we get your number: We collect mobile numbers only from VTS staff who sign a written consent form. Signing up is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
• How we use it: Your mobile number is used only to send automated IT operations alerts, such as notices that a server or service needs attention. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
• Never shared or sold: We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with anyone for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We share your number only with the text message delivery provider that sends the alerts for us, and only for that purpose.
• Message frequency varies. It depends on how many alerts our systems produce.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Help: Reply HELP to any alert for help, or contact us at info@azvalleytech.com or 480-382-3340.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving messages at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us run this website, deliver email or send text messages, and only so they can do that work for us;
• when the law requires it, such as to answer a valid subpoena or court order; or
• to protect the safety, rights or property of VTS, our clients or others.

How we protect information

This website is served only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We limit who on our team can see contact messages and staff mobile numbers, and we use the same care with them that we use across our systems.

Children

This website is meant for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us through the contact form, or the mobile number you gave us for alerts. Just email info@azvalleytech.com or call 480-382-3340.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
