How to sign up

Staff sign up by completing and signing the paper VTS Ops Alerts consent form with their name and mobile number. We do not sign anyone up through this website, by text keyword or by any other method. Signing up is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of employment.

How often you will get messages

Message frequency varies. It depends on how many alerts our systems produce. On a quiet month you may receive only a few messages; during an outage you may receive several in a short time.

Cost

Valley Technology Solutions does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more messages after that. You can also ask to be removed by emailing info@azvalleytech.com or calling 480-382-3340.

If you change your mind later, reply START to the same number or sign a new consent form.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so these alerts should not be your only way of learning about a critical problem.

Privacy
